Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped during the first week of every month.
- Shipping Time: Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Subscription Shipping
- Subscription orders ship during the first week of every month, based on the original purchase date.
- Free shipping is included with all subscription orders.
- If you modify your subscription (e.g., pause, change delivery frequency), the next shipment will adjust accordingly.
- A tracking number will be sent to your email for each shipment.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- Subscriptions: Free shipping on all subscription orders.
- Individual Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Orders are shipped via [UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL], ensuring safe and timely delivery.
International Shipping
- We currently do not ship internationally. When available, shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages & Issues
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@mamosmarket.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please check your tracking details first.
- If you need further assistance, reach out to us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
