Refund Policy

At Mamo’s Market, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality Ethiopian coffee straight to your door. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives with damaged packaging or any issue affecting its freshness, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
✔ Your order number
✔ A photo of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

  • One-Time Orders: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled as we begin processing it immediately.
  • If you made an error in your order, please contact us immediately at hello@mamosmarket.com, and we will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been processed.

Subscription Cancellations & Modifications

  • You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.
  • Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be refunded for that cycle.
  • If you cancel after a payment has been made, your subscription will remain active until the end of that cycle, and no further charges will occur.
